The HCP has a Community Action Plan - a list of projects to improve and enhance Hainault for everyone. See our Projects section for completed projects.

The priorities in the Action Plan were decided by writing and talking to local people in Hainault. 6,000 questionnaires were sent out to residents, businesses and other organisations in Hainault and open meetings were held to discuss the agenda. The Action Plan is reviewed regualrly.

The main aims of the Action Plan are:

1. Make Hainault safer
2. Promote a positive attitude to the environment and have a cleaner, greener Hainault
3. Improve people's health, care and well being
4. Give people the skills and opportunities to make the most of their lives
5. Develop and support the Hainault economy
