The HCP has produced a Community Action Plan that provides a list of projects for the improvement and enhancement of Hainault. The Action Plan lists projects that are both underway or planned for the future.

Our Community Action PlanThe priorities in the Action Plan were decided through consultation with the local people of Hainault. 6,000 questionnaires were sent out to residents, businesses and other stakeholders in Hainault and open meetings were held to discuss the agenda. The Action Plan will be reviewed publicly later this year.

The priority ambitions listed in the Action Plan are:

1. Make Hainault safer
2. Promote a positive attitude to the environment and have a cleaner, greener Hainault
3. Improve people's health, care and well being
4. Give people the skills and opportunities to make the most of their lives
5. Develop and support the Hainault economy
