Jenco Controls & Export Ltd - Sales Administator /PA

Jenco is a small specialist machinery manufacturer and distributor.

This Job involves:

Dealing with frequent customers' telephone enquiries
Preparing sales order paperwork on sage accounting system
Answering the telphone
Updating web site
Preparing sales quotations
Following up sales quotations
General PA and secretarial duties to the Directors and Managers

The successful candidate will have:

At least 5 years experience in a busy commercial environment
Very good references
Primary telephone answerer
Friendly, lively personality
Pleasant and confident telephone manner
Good Microsoft Office skills
Experience in sage line 50 would be an advantage
