Green Gym now open!

A brand new and completely free outdoor gym, jointly funded by the Hainault Community Project and Redbridge Council, has now opened.
Located at Hainault Recreation Ground by the pavilion (at the end of Penrith Road) and suitable for all ages- pop down any time and get some exercise and fresh air for free!

HCP funds Outdoor Gym!

The HCP, with Redbridge Council, is funding a Green (outdoor) Fitness Gym for Hainault Recreation Ground. Soon you’ll be able to get some fresh air and exercise for free! Construction is soon to be complete, so get your trainers ready!

The HCP wants to increase physical activity and well being by introducing green outdoor gym activities at the Forest Farm Peace Garden.

Outdoor gyms are a fun, free and 'green' way of getting back into shape and have been introduced all across the UK. They can also be used by people of all ages.
